Employee date of birth field auto populate based on Islamic date in Successfactor EC

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement in SuccessFactor like if user enter employee birth date in custom filed ( Islamic date as per Hijri calendar) system should automatically calculate employee date of birth as per Gregorian in standard field –( date-of-birth ) while hiring an employee in personal Information Screen.

If Hijri date field: 17 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1439 then in Gregorian date field with 05.03.2018 has to auto populate
