I have created a custom Event Reason, but this custom Event Reason not appearing on Add New Employee page.

Hello,

Can you please access manage permission role transaction, and check whether you give permission to the related role? You can check employee data permissions, and there add the specific event reason.

looks like permission is missing hence you are not able to view
