Employee central workflow - Comment not visible to initiator after the workflow has ended

Dear experts

There is situation where when a position is created a workflow is triggered for approval to manager of the initiator and second level to cost center person. After the workflow reached the 2nd/final level cost center person for approval, a comment was added in it by the cost center person and the person approved it. The initiator received an email stating a comment has been added and to view it please click on the link. When the initiator clicks on the link the system throws a message that you don't have permission to view it. Hence the initiator is not able to view the comment.

Why is this happening? Is it because the workflow has ended and hence the initiator is not able to see the comment? What can be done in this case?

You may need to check if the initiator has required permissions enabled or not in Role Based Permissions. Alternatively, you can also select the respect permission as No.
