Employee central-Variable Pay not getting calculated in total CTC

Hi all

In Employee Central, the pay component “Variable pay” is not getting calculated in pay component group “CTC_Annual” while all other pay components are included in the total CTC amount correctly.

Variable Pay is a monthly component configured as percentage. Please suggest what could be the reason for variable pay not getting calculated in “Annual CTC” pay component.

Isn't that a one time payment then (regardless of the requency as the system reads that off the is recurring field)? If so that makes perfect sense that its not showing (2603513 - Non-Recurring Pay Component is not Showing in Pay Component Group (sap.com)).

Thank you for the update.

But this is a monthly incentive which is paid at the rate of 12% of Basic to every employee. Hence this is configured as recurring component. Please find the below screenshot and suggest.

Could you please provide the rule on EC which is calculating Annual/Monthly CTC.

As per you comment, i want to confirm that Var Pay will not be part of CTC calculation.
