Position is the Leading Hierarchy
Interested in knowing what other companies are doing to transfer employee and positions when a Manager gets promoted to a new position? Our company currently has event derivation turned on, we have position hierarchy as our leading one and we have Manager Self Service turned on. When the manager executes a promotion with a change in position the direct reports should follow the new manager. We currently have do it one by one. I wish there was a way to also have that notification we do when we terminate an employee and it gives you the option to move the employees. What are other companies doing in this scenario? Any help would be very beneficial. Thank you!
