Dear Experts,
we are a global company with 18 system languages.
We have a business rule that checks if the FTE value is more than 1 and if yes it generates an error message.
We have the issue since 2 days that whenever HR colleagues try to complete HR actions (e.g. termination) and their system language is anything but English US, they get an error message from the mentioned business rule that the FTE is higher than 1 and they cannot complete the HR action. If the system language is English US there is no issue and it works.
The business rule trace shows that all other system languages read an FTE value of 10 instead of 1 and that´s the reason the business rule creates an error message. If the system language is English US, the system reads an FTE value of 1.
Do you know how this system behavior is possible and how we can solve the issue?

The problem is according to the rule trace that the system thinks, the FTE is 10 instead of 1 in the Job Info if the system language is not English US
