I am not familiar on SAP Success factor Employee Central, I just want to know where the records in employee central coming from is it connected to SAP ECC/S4HANA database/tables?
yes its internal to SF and all are now on HANA DB
source is of course SF as you update data its stored in its data model
its complete HR solution
