Employee Central - Personal phone number deleted after email replication

Dear Support Team,

We have configured Personal Phone Number type for the Contact & Addresses portlet in SuccessFactors Employee Central and phone numbers have been also migrated. The issue we experience is that if a new Business Email is replicated into this portlet from SAP HCM system, then the Personal Phone Number is deleted.

Could you please advise if there is any fix or workaround for this?

Dear martina.skorupova,

You have to send the personal phone number in the replication, not only the business, because this is an overwritten action.
