Emergency contact mandatory rule

Hello,

I have a requirement that Emergency contact should be filled/mandatory for Onboardee users. I am trying to build a business rule to trigger an error if it's missing. I used Hire/Rehire scenario with Employee Information base object and placed it as 'OnSave' in Personal Info and Emergency contact both. But that's not helping.

Can anyone please help. Thankyou!!

Kindly follow the KBA 3052127 - How to make National ID to be mandatorily entered by the new hire through a rule - SAP for....

I have made use of this KBA for National ID as well as Emergency Contact Info portlet successfully.
