Hello,
I'm looking for a solution how to trigger a SMS notification on the phone number that employee added or changed in the primary emergency contact section.
Following business case:
1.An employee adds a new/changes phone number for emergency contact in the primary emergency contact section
2. A notification is being send to the phone number that employee added/changed in this section
3. The owner of the phone number will receive a notification that he/she has been added as primary emergency contact.
Request clarification before answering.

We have a SMS provider. What we have to do is to create an integration with this SMS provider.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Unless you have a contract with some SMS provider and build an integration to facilitate this, this is not possible. Only in RCM there's an option for SMS integration.
