Embedding Enable Now Demos

Hi,

I am creating training projects for SAP and Success Factors applications using SAP Enable Now. Is there a way to embed these enable now demos within SAP/Success Factors ?

Yes. Web Assistant. (At least for SuccessFactors and S/4 - or other UI5-based systems). If it is training you want IN SF, and not just training ON SF, SCORM them and load them into SF as usual.

It's covered by the same SEN licenses as everything else you're doing. Do users need licenses to display the content via Web Assistant? Yes. Would they need licenses to display the same content via any other means? Also yes. (Generally.)

Hi Lynn,

Dirk is correct, users do need a license to view your custom content through Web Assistant but it is not an additional license, i.e. each user needs a single Enable Now license that can be used to consume as much content as they like for any number of systems and by any means.
