Emails to Hiring Manager

Hi-

We are trying to send a notification to all hiring managers with an active requisition and want to know if there is a way to send a notification via SuccessFactors to hiring managers with an active requisition.

Hello, Lisa,

You can use Candidate (Status Triggered) Email Notifications or Recruiting Email Triggers.

When you use Candidate (Status Triggered) Email Notifications, then each status can be associated with Email templates. Email notifications are triggered when a candidate is moved from one status to another. The arrival status is the one who is triggering the Email notification. Different Email notifications can be sent to the job requisition operators and the candidate.

Or you can use Recruiting Email Triggers. For example, Requisition Posted trigger. Its Trigger Point is "The job requisition has postings (internal, external, internal private, external private, agency/agencies, eQuest) that have been newly initiated by an operator"

Hi Lisa,

If you have recruiting group for all the hiring manager and it is tagged for Hiring Manager Team Role then you can easily enable the recruiting email trigger,

E.G. Requisition Posted trigger. Its Trigger Point is "The job requisition has postings (internal, external, internal private, external private, agency/agencies, eQuest) that have been newly initiated by an operator"
