In a previous learning management system, I had the ability for an automated email to be triggered when an employee completed the equivalent of a curricula (a number of learning items). e.g. Employee undertakes learning items and passes quizzes, triggering an email to a generic email account with the employee's name and the curricula completed. The team managing the generic email account knew what permissions to grant based on what curricula that was completed.
Is there a similar ability in SuccessFactors Learning?

Dear sarahrothery,
Currently the system allow you to decide if the completion of a course is notified to the employee's manager or not. This setting is under the System Administration > Application Administration > User Settings and it is named as "Notify Manager when User successfully completes an item". This is the only standard possibility as of today.
Thank you.
