Email Template Token Not Rendering HTML Content

Hello SAP Community,

We are facing an issue with email templates in SuccessFactors. We have set up a workflow that triggers an email to be sent to users when an MDF object is created or modified. The email template includes a token that is linked to a Rule (Business rule).

In the business rule, we are retrieving a property from another MDF object, and this property contains HTML content.

However, when the email is sent, the HTML content is not rendered as expected, but it appears as plain text.

Is there a way to force the email template to render the token value as HTML instead of plain text? We want the HTML content to be displayed correctly in the email.

Any insights or solutions to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
