Hi Everyone
I am using E-rec on EP4. And I am trying to use the Email sending functionality in Applicant management in recruiting. It's the part where a recruiter acknowledges the receipt of an application/resume and the recruiter needs to send notification using the email function of the Invite to Apply activity where you use a letter template and you press the Send Email function. When I click that Send Email function. I get and error that says ' 1 document could not be created or processed'.
Does anyone have that same error? What am I missing and what should I do to set that up.

Hello,
When you try to send the letter and get this error, chech the time and then go to transaction SLG1. An entry will be made at the same time with the cause of the error. The error could be becasue of not permitted interface of smartform, entries for customizinf table T77RCF_MAPPING where style name in your form cannot be read, the configured letter section or maybe the no printer assigned to your user name. Please check the error in slg1 and post here so we can know the exact cause.

For this same message, we have done all the mentioned config and created a new Z Custom Smart form but while creating the activity, we are getting this error - 1 Document cannot be created.
SLG1 Log says -
Please let me know what I am missing.

Thanks, I just created my own custom letter and then activated it. Somehow the RSCONN01 needed to be executed. And it worked well.
