Email Notifications Workbook

Could you please advise me on where I can find the Email Notifications workbook for PM&GM and CDP?

I downloaded the Best Practices workbook, but it did not include the Email Notifications tab.

Thanks for your response. I did try that option before, but it directed me to the Digital Library, which seems to be available only for SAP employees, it displays the following message:

Sorry, requested content is already expired.
