Hi SAP Community,
We have a requirement to include an employee’s title (e.g., Dr.) before the name in some email notifications: Document Routing Notification, Document Completed Notification, Personal Compensation Statement Generation notification
I’ve searched through the available SAP token lists but couldn’t find any token related to title. Has anyone worked with this before, or is aware if such a token exists?
I assume this might be a usual common requirement, so I’m hoping there’s a way to retrieve it.
Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,

Not sure if it's available, I think very few are for Compensation module routing notifications but I'll double check in KBAs and configuration guide when I get a chance.
What you'll most likely have to do is pull the value to the "Info" section of your statement template and then show it on the main text using the method used in this blog:

Thank you again for your help! 😊
I just wanted to clarify that I do have the title token working in the statements, and it works fine there.
However, my current challenge is using it in the body of the email notifications configured in the E-Mail Notification Templates settings page. I couldn’t find the token available there. Any ideas or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
@MariaCarlotaAbreu Here are a few list that provide lists of tokens (I doubt there is anything that would be available specifically for compensation that is not available for Performance, I believe the comp product team simply used the same exact framework than Performance for their notifications) :

Try EMP_JOBTITLE or EMP_TITLE maybe, who knows !
All the best,
