Email Notifications: Token for Employee Title

Hi SAP Community,

We have a requirement to include an employee’s title (e.g., Dr.) before the name in some email notifications: Document Routing Notification, Document Completed Notification, Personal Compensation Statement Generation notification

I’ve searched through the available SAP token lists but couldn’t find any token related to title. Has anyone worked with this before, or is aware if such a token exists?

I assume this might be a usual common requirement, so I’m hoping there’s a way to retrieve it. 

Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated.

You will have to test based on your individual configuration but the standard field is salutation.   Make sure it is configured properly.

Hi! Thank you for your help. However for the "Document Routing Notification" the standard email is: 

Which doesn't have the employee title token.
