Email notifications for Docusign Esignature is always sent to admin account used for integration of Docusign to RCM Successfactors
Email notifications for Docusign Esignature is always sent to admin account used for integration of Docusign to RCM Successfactors
Everytime a document is completed/signed/viewed the notifications are always sent to the admin account used to integrate Successfactors to Docusign? Is this standard behavior? Is it supposed to be sent to the one who initiates the action for example user A send an envelope to candidate.
What happens is that it seems like Admin Account is sending this document on behalf of everyone so that the email notification is sent to admin account only.
