Hi Experts,
Requirement : Email notification should be send to personal email address on the next day of contingent worker termination.
But I was not able to figure out how to send notification to personal email address on thier termination.
Please provide your thoughts on this.

Request clarification before answering.
Is that the primary email as well? If not that will basically be impossible (if the personal email is not in the user data file on the email field, its pretty much impossible to send that out). The best approach is looking into a mechanism where you ensure the personal email is the actual email in the user data file before the termination date.

Currently the UDF holds business email address. Also is it possible to send email notification after the user is terminated from the system?
The below KBA says we cannot send alert message once the employee is terminated.

I fear the KB generally is correct. There is one trick possible for your scenario, but it boils down to timing the scheduling of EC alerts and the HRIS sync well enough. As the termination date entered in the termination date is always 1 day before the termination record in job info, the only slack you can build in is that:
- Lets say the termination date is 31 August 2023 (so that's filled out in the termination screen)
- You could then try to have the EC Alerts and notifications run at like 02:00 (as an example) at night
- You could then try to have the HRIS sync run at 05:00 (as an example, so a bit later)
- The termination record in job info will be on 1 September, but as the HRIS sync runs at 05:00, the user is not set to inactive yet, it can receive a notification (granted a mechanism, i.e. Integration Center job) has adjusted the email.
Its either that or it all has to happen at the 31st in the scenario above.
