Email Masking of Onboardees Post Instance Refresh

Hello,

Post Instance Refresh, from Production to Preview, all email ids of Onboardees are copied as is.

Therefore, emails are getting trigerred to real time onboardees from Test system.

When we asked SAP to mask them, we were told it was not possible to do it.

Is there a workaround? Because this is critical.

Thanks Angela for your reply. Purging Onboardee is difficult as most of them are in EC now. But heir Onboarding profiles with personal email ids are present.

And any other specific post refresh activities are you talking about regarding this issue?

Hi, Has anyone performed any workaround for this? I’ve tried to handle it through Integration Center, but it seems not possible. Emails for candidates whose onboarding is complete but whose hiring date is set in the future are masked, but those who have not completed the onboarding process are not masked.
