Email is SOST is empty

Dear all,

I'm facing a strange issue with in SAP e-Recruiting EHP4.0 .

Issue: As a recruiter, i'm just triggering an activity called 'Offer Correspondence' on assignment to a requisition (candidate). When I click on Ok in activity window, the message 'Email sent on <date> <time> ' is displayed.

How ever when I try to check the email in SOST transaction, the email body is empty. (Send status is green)

I tried several times but the issue appear agiain and again. Recruiter has necessary authorization.

Could you please help me to solve this issue?

Hi Anil,

On the UI everything is okay? So if you click on "preview" the letter is shown correctly and also if you change the letter section and then click on "preview" it is still fine?

Thanks for your reply.

On the UI, everything is perfect! Direct preview and changeble letter section preview both are showing the correspondence text properly.(email body)

This issue is appearing with only external candidates. Not sure what could be the issue.

Hi Anil,

So the document for employees in SOST is fine but for external candidates it is empty?

If yes, have you maintained the correspondences in V77RCF_ACT2FORM just for candidate class I (internal candidates)?
