email comment 360 participants

Hi,

We are using the 360 feedback form. When a person selects participants and sents out the forms, he/she can add a comment that is sent in the mail to the participants. When later adding a participant, we see no possibility to add a comment. Also the previous comment is not taken into account. Is there a way to get a comment also in the mail to later added people?

Hello Annemarie,

You should be able to send raters reminders to complete the review form from the “Summary View” . You will need to have the ' Show Participants in status Summary(Applicable to anonymous 360s only)' option enabled in provisioning.

Hi Divya,

I am not looking for reminder mails to complete the review. When raters are selected to participate, they receive a mail. The person asking them to participate beforehand gets a pop-up in which he/she can add a comment. That same mail is sent when a rater is added later, but there is no pop-up to add a comment, so that participant receives an empty comment.
