EHP5-Erec-Candidate assignment

Dear Experts,

In candidate assignment screen, i cannot view the names of the candidates who ever have applied for requisition. I can click on " compare candidates " and then view their profile.

I have checked search settings and attached is the screenshot, i am not sure where to check for resolving this error.

Please help.

Hello Varun,

Candidate names not being displayed is a missing search profile field assignment. For that please have a look at 1463903.

For the red light in your screenshot, just execute the step and you will get the information what is customized wrong or missing in your search customizing.

I am facing Error in Candidate Search Service in EHP6 show empty result.

Could you Please let me know what configuration is missing: SLG1 Log

No candidate could be found for

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE============CM003 line 361

Please help.

Hi Krishna,

That's because the HRP5102 entry for this candidate is missing. Could you please check that?

Added to the above, when an external candidate applies, his name is displayed in the assignment screen. Upon running indexing , the name is getting disappeared in the assignment screen. Appears to be a TREX issue but not sure where to start checking.

I have ran a report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST for a partiular employee and checked SLG1 and there are no errors there.

Hi Varun,

Search might not be showing results because, proper search template might not be assigned to the CompID of Calling Controller.

SPRO SAP E-Rec -> Talent Warehouse -> Candidate -> Candidate Search -> Search Profile -> Assign Search Template Groups to Search Applications

There all the compid related to candidate assign ERC_CAND. It will work.
