I am having a problem with configuring a child allowance. Below there is the policy:
1) Entitlement - $20,000 per child
2) Allowance tracking - System should show in the Employee profile the breakdown per child of how much money it is remaining to claim for each child
Problem I have:
* The system recognizes the total allowed by the employee to claim. But it does not recognize the total allowed for each child.
For example, employee has two children. System applies the cap for the total allowance: $40,000. However, the system does not recognize how much it is allowed per childre; it does not apply the cap per children. It appears that the employee can claim up to $40k regardless of the child. It can claim $35k for one and then for the other, he/she is only allowed to claim the remaining $5k.
My questions:
How can I configure the claim as per the policy?
How can I show in the portlet in Employee Profile how much there is to claim for each child?
