Editing resources error

Hi!

If I copied resources to workarea (B) from its base workarea (A), does this means that I cannot edit resources unless I do this from my base workarea ? I am asking this because I keep on getting error messages when I try to edit resources from within workarea (B)... Any idea why this might be happening ?

Hi Lynn,

If you copied Resources into Workarea B they will be independent of the Workarea that they came from. Please ensure that you have editing control of the relevant Resources before trying to edit. Most modifiable Resources are located beneath the Adaptable Resources section. If you select the relevant Resource object and then start editing so that you have the green pencil, you should be able to modify the corresponding settings. If the Resource object still has a blue cloud icon, you do not have control so cannot modify the corresponding settings.
