ECT-226339 - New Experience people profile rating numbers not labels

In the Performance Rating portlet, we are seeing the numerical rating presented, not the label as previously presented.  The first image shows the initial view from the profile, the second shows the "View All" view from the profile.  Is there a setting or adjustment that can be made to show the label in the initial view as well and NOT the numerical rating?

Hi Tracy, The current design is intended to simplify the view in the summary card. We will display the rating value only if the rating value field is set as visible in the data model. If the rating value field is set as invisible, we will display the label instead. At the moment, we do not support configuration to toggle between displaying the value or label in the initial view. I’d recommend submitting an Influence Idea so we can evaluate the demand from customers. Thanks, Roan
