In 1802 we have the Employee Country and few other Employee attributes available to select as a condition field in the routing rules in C4C. These fields obviously will have to be populated by the Employee replication from Employee Central to C4C system. What is not very clear is the mapping of these fields between the two systems.
Super question on this subject, as there is not a lot of info as to the Country Mapping.
We are presently moving on to using SuccessFactors Employee Central as our Employee source from that of SAP HCM. A key issue surrounds Country as it determines the Data Retention logic for Employees.
Am i correct in saying that from SFEC Work Address Details need to be mapped into the Fields presented below?
PostalAddress - optional, unbounded; type EmployeeReplicationEmployeeCentralAddress

Hi Team ,
As standard fields like Employee Language and Employee Nickname are not available in SF and C4C Payload,
Employee language is key for us to determined tickets routing, we can create custom fields in c4c but same is not available in payload coming from SuccessFactor, these are basic requirements are missing in standard integration, any way we can add the employee language in SF and C4C payload?

Hi Sathish Ganesan,
Very Good Question!!
Above blog shared by Natalia Goyenechea is not updated and there are many disconnect.
NOTE:
Since in 1808 in C4C "Intermediate staging area for data replication" is deprecated and in HCI Employee Replication package is also get deprecated and because of this employee replication will be failed based on the patch released in tenant.
Answer:-
I will always recommend to create a custom field in C4C via adapt mode and then download new wsdl file and upload the same in HCI mapping and which will allow users data to flow in C4C.
As I am not having access to post blog as of now, will share the posted regarding the same and other hot topics.

For the ones that you would have to exclusively map, so extend the integration.. follow the instructions published by Abinash in his fantastic series of blogs (number 3 contains step by step instructions) --> https://blogs.sap.com/2016/11/15/employee-central-integration-with-cloud-for-customer-via-hci/

Hi Sathish,
As part of the standard Integration service you get in C4C some of these fields: Employee Country (EC WorkplaceAddress/Country),
Employee Manager, (not integrated)
Employee Region WorkplaceAddress/RegionCode,
Employee Language, (not integrated)
Employee Postal Code, (WorkplaceAddress/StreetPostalCode)
Employee Department (not integrated)
