Is it possible to implement ECP with a slim down EC and have the employee data system of record in another HRMS system?
Hi, you can only use ECP with an EC. There is from my knowledge no way to make use of another HRMS-System. There are other options in place which can used there like PCE-Approach, but for ECP it's only possible to work with EC.
