Hi,
We have implemented an integration between EC and SAP on prem using Boomi integration package "Packaged Integration: SuccessFactors Employee Central to ERP Employee Data Replication"
We decided to use FTSD, and decided to delimit the infotypes that we synchronize with EC on that FTSDate. Same in EC, we have a record effective on the FTSDate.
My question is related to the cutover, shall we force a full replication from EC to SAP, or can we avoid it? If yes, how will the inbound interface (PA_SE_IN) handle changes done after the payroll area earliest retro date is updated to the next payroll period?
For example, in the case we don't replicate all EC data to SAP during cutover, let's say Employee A data doesn't get updated in EC during Payroll period 1. Payroll is running for period 1, now we enter payroll period 2. Employee A data receives an update in EC (for ex address change), will the inbound interface update only the address infotype, or will it try to update all infotypes since it's the first replication for that employee since golive?
Request clarification before answering.
You have to replicate all data from EC to ERP from cutoff date.
Anyways, BOOMI will restrict data and replicate from cutoff date, this should be done
