EC to HCM IT0021 not working

Hi Experts, we are working with EC to HCM integration (we are using BIB integration and CPI as middleware). All the infotypes are working fine except for infotype 0021 (Family Members Info). We made all the configurations:

1- Employee Central Entity for Employee Data: the specific mapping is configured for the respective entities.

2- Field Mapping (we are testing with subtype 2) is filled for fields: FAVOR, FASEX, FANAM, FGBDT, FAMSA.

3- The log in SLG1 is showing that the fields are being populated but the infotype it is not being generated:

In the infotypes log, the infotype 0021 is not appearing and in PA30 is not generated (the personel finish without errors):
