EC to ECP change hire date

Scenario:

1. Employee was hired and got replicated successfully in SAP and payroll is completed.
2. Now we changed the hire date in EC
3. When trying to replicate its throwing an error like Personnel number was already accounted. Do not change entry date; Start date after initial entry date

Please let us know how to fix this issue

You are trying to change the Hire date for the employee whose payroll was already executed. (we can check this via PU03)

You need to change the record in the on-premise system manually via PA41, Re run replication & payroll (if required) I assume it will trigger retro for the next month as there is change in master data.

PA41 option is not working still I get same error like payroll is already accounted

Deleted entry in field accounted to in ECP and replicated again. It got replicated .Thank you !!

I Assum you have modified (deleted) Accounted too Feild in PU03 then performed PA41 Initial Hiring date change
