EC Time-Sheet - replicate the number field to S4 Payroll & convert to corresponding amount in IT2010

Hi Experts,

For EC-Time Sheet on the submission of allowance, it is not possible to submit by amount in the UI. The number / hours (quantity) can then be replicated to S4 payroll using standard integration, but there is a need to convert the number (quantity) to amount. How is it typically done ? Ideally, this should be created at source in SuccessFactors end but there's simply no provision to do so. Any advise or sharing is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Kir,

well, when the feature is available in Time Tracking, but not for normal Time Sheet - what kind of advise do you expect other than: go to Time Tracking.

There is no other option.

And Time Tracking brings you much more other features than only allowances in decimal. And Time Tracking is really not expensive.

For allowances there is a decimal field in the SF Time Tracking Time Sheet. So you can enter an amount.

Hi Volker, Thank you for your prompt response but we are using EC Timesheet, not Time Tracker. In our case, what is your guidance to derive the amount ? Doesn't seem possible via Time Valuation. Appreciate your advise. Thank you.
