Hi,
Has anyone successfully enabled the mobile feature for AskHR application? We followed exactly the same configuration steps mentioned in the implementation guide to enable mobile features. After the configuration, when I try to click on the Ask HR icon on mobile, it displays an error message - "Failed to Load Data, Please try again"". Tried both on Andriod and iOS.
Let me know if you have any clue on this error.
