EC Service Center (AskHR) - Enabling Mobile features

Hi,

Has anyone successfully enabled the mobile feature for AskHR application? We followed exactly the same configuration steps mentioned in the implementation guide to enable mobile features. After the configuration, when I try to click on the Ask HR icon on mobile, it displays an error message - "Failed to Load Data, Please try again"". Tried both on Andriod and iOS.

Let me know if you have any clue on this error.

I am facing the same issue, the configuration referred to in the SAP note appears correct for us so I'd be interested to know if the SAP Note answers your query (appreciate that you raised this many months ago so you may have resolved this by other means or given up).

Hi andrewgriffin,

Yes, indeed I was able to resolve the issue not necessarily through this SAP note but few additional steps which was suggested by SAP.

1. RBP access to the user: Admin Access to MDF OData API

2. Refresh the integration setup from BTP -> Integration token section

3. Re-register the user in the mobile app.

We had a similar issue / resolution. We refreshed the permissions (didn't change anything) and also changed the secret. I had set the secret up using a password generator which contained symbols and when we changed the secret we used just numbers and letters - I do wonder whether this was the issue. Either way the core setup remained the same but redoing parts of it seemed to resolve our issue. 🙂
