How can I get EC provisioning access in Learning Hub for Practice?

Can you please share the Navigation to get access this?

Follow the below steps

1. SAP Learning System Access
   SAP Learning Hub Access
   Activate the Redeem Learning code
   Search the THR81 and Enroll
   SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core Academy

Howeever, I heard about this SAP recently added EC provisioning access in the Learning Hub for users practice.

Normally you'd have that already and the baseurl /provisioning should get you there
