Hello experts,
I'm facing an issue when it comes to the Promotion link in the Compensation worksheets.
I've followed this information but somehow the link is not available.
Actions for All Plans
Display Settings
Permission Roles
The fields Job Family, Job Code, Job Role and PayGrade are included in the form (i've tested with mappings and without mappings and it doesn't work both ways). The fields are set as Read-Only and Reloadable
XML Code to Publish
Regarding the setting in Provisioning, it was probably removed because it's not available.
I couldn't validate the rest of the information because I can't test the publish.
Do you guys have any idea, suggestion?
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you so much for your help

Try making the promotion standard field editable in the template. If I remember correctly that's the issue. Or maybe you are missing one of the required standard fields but I think your list looks good especially since you got it from a previous thread.
All the best

Thanks for your answer @xavierlegarrec 🙂
I did play around with the number formats in the template (I also copied the template as you suggested) but so far nothing happens. (If this doesn't make sense please ignore because I received in my email an answer that was saying something like that.)
Regarding the Promotion Standard Field, this is included in the system and it's editable. I'm acting as Admin so I have the permission in RBP to Edit Link for Promotion. (The final pay grade is also included in the cycle but it's in a different group of the worksheet).
@Rodrigo_Lopes What I meant is make sure FBP is set to Edit on all promotion related fields (Job Family, Job Code, Job Role and PayGrade)
Here are a few screenshots from my demo environment where Promote button is visible.
All the best,
Xavier

Hi Xavier,
I'm facing the same issue as Rodrigo and I don't see why this promotion link in not available for the user who is the first in the route map. I checked all the settings:
These are the promotion permission I assigned to the user. This user is the first step in the route map.
When I go to my 'en route' inbox, I can open the form and can see the promotion link. When the user goes to her inbox and ovens the form, she cannot see the link.
Any idea? I also got in touch with Rodrigo (we work together), but no solution for now.
Thanks a lot!
Laura
