EC promotion eligibility and Mass upload

Hi all,

My understanding is that below items are not possible. Please let me know if you have a different opinion or workaround options to achieve the same.

• Is it possible to disable EC promote link on Compensation form based on an eligibility rule?
• Is it possible to mass import EC promotion to Compensation form instead of doing one by one clicking the promote link?

Hi Vinod,

If you don't want to use the promotion link but still make changes in Job Information section-specific fields, the only option is to make changes in the form using custom columns and, at the end, export them and upload them to EC. This can be done manually with an import file or you can create a table report to export them from the compensation form and send them to the SFTP and then build an integration job to retrieve the CSV and replicate to EC. Even if this would be somehow automated, the effort to build it would be greater than uploading directly to EC.
