EC Mini Master - Create custom MDF and portlets, EC Alerts

Hi,

Can anyone advise when implementing Onboarding 2.0 with EC Mini-Master, can we create custom MDF objects/portlets and new hire template for the Personal Data Collection step?

And can we use Document Templates + EC Alerts to send out email notifications? The background is we are transforming from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0. There are a couple of custom panels and notifications in 1.0 that we want to move to 2.0. The feasible solutions seem to be using custom objects for the panels, and document template + EC alert to send out notifications post day 1.

Hi Yawen - We are in the process of implementing ONB 2.0 with EC Mini and we have a similar requirement. Can you please advise if you have any success with this?

Hi Dawood, we haven't gotten any confirmation from SAP yet so we've not configured any custom objects/EC alerts.

Thanks Yawen for your quick response. Can i ask you another query?  Can you please advise, on the Picklist values available in the hire type field  in the on boarding dashboard as below with EC Mini enabled?

MDF Portlets and Document Generation are platform features.
They can be configured and used.

I am unsure about the EC Alerts function.
