Dear experts,
We would need to configure in Employee Central a business rule which can provide for our managers access to the Compensation portlet. For this case we would use a custom field from Job Info portlet (*Manager has salary access containing values like yes/no) which would need to trigger the access to the Compensation Information portlet.
If you had any requirements for creating business rule which can support for the cross portlets access, I would appreciate your recommendations.
Best regards,
Eli

Use this field (that you created in Job info) in the Dynamic group filter. Create a group for manager where the value of the field is yes. Assign it to a role which has access to comp info. Create another group for the people who have "no" as the value of the field and then assign it to a role that does not have access to comp info.

You may not need a business rule .
