EC ERROR: The new start date must be greater than or equal to the first job record creation date

Hi All,

My colleague deleted by mistake the Job information of one employee and we are trying now to add back and this ERROR below is showed to us.

"The new start date must be greater than or equal to the first job record creation date"

I already tried to add all kinds if dates and nothing works.

Somebody already encounter some similar error? Any advice?

Hi

I have encountered similar issue during a project implementation; it errors out when we try to update/insert the record on Job History directly.

To overcome this issue, I have updated the information using "Import Employee Data" - Incremental Load. Please make sure to turn off any business rules before importing the file.
