EC Admin Mass Approve Pending Requests

Hi experts,

We have a requirement that HR Admin need to mass approve all the workflows that are not yet approved (status "pending"). HR Admin does not participate in the Workflow as an approver so we can not use the Mass Workflow Approval option that Approvers have under "My Workflow Requests" page. 

Also, in "Manage Workflow Requests" there is no option to handle massively pending workflows.

Any ideas about how this requirement can be satisfied are welcome.
