Hi Expert,

While raising requisition request in portal by hiring manager, error is coming for hiring manager "Personnel Number does not exist".

we analysed and found out that for this hiring manager IT5102 not maintained.

We run the report RCF_CREATE_USER, but it is coming user already exist.

Then we run the report HRALSYNCX, but still didn't work.

Please suggest me methods to update IT5102.

Hi,

We tried to debug the program and maintained the data in IT5102 table then system worked properly.

So we found that the problem is with updating with IT5102 Table.

But can you please help to know how to update it and why it is not updated when that employee id was created.

Hi,

first of all you should check sap note 997181 and make sure your HR - eRec integration is set up properly for you implementation scenario.
