E-Recruitment using BSP

Hello Everyone

I am a novice in SAP E-Rec
My client has already implemented SAP e-recruitment for internal candidates using BSP . Now it wants to implement for external candidates as well.

I ha three queries:

1. I have read that many features like "Tell a Friend" , "hiring on vacant position" , "budgeting" are only available if we use Web-Dynpro . Can we implement this using BSP ?

2. Should we go ahead and implement this using BSP because then if we use Web Dynpro, then will we have to re-implement the work done for internal requisition?

3. If we go ahead implementing using BSP, then can we have different requisition screens for Internal and External Requisitions

Please suggest.

Hi Ishant,

You need to make a distinction between the BSP recruiter interface and the candidate interface.

It is possible to use the web dynpro interface for internal and external candidates and the BSP interface for recruiters.
