E-Recruitment - unable to send letters to applicant

Hi Gurus,

I unable sent letters to applicant , "You have not assigned yourself to an email adress' error appears.

Steps which I followed:

1) Created Job Requistion, posting and released it (job for internal applicant).

2) One employee applied for job.

3) The recruiter tries to send letter to the employee by selecting the particular job and clicking on assignment.

"You have not assigned yourself to an email adress' error appears.

Can save but not sent the email to the applicant.

Please Help urgently.

Also Checked IT0105, IT0006 and SU01 , all the email address for both recruiter (admin) and employee is maintained.

Hi,

for E-Recruiting there has to be an E-Mail adress assigned to the business partner object which is linked over the central person (CP) to the candidate of the recruiter which wants to send the correspondence. You can check this using transaction BP. Furthermore there has to be a record in IT5110 so E-Rec can determine this E-Mail address.

The E-Mail is usually created by the HR - E-Rec. integration from the information from IT 0105 subtype 0010 on production systems. If this is not done correctly there is probably some issue with you integration setup.
