e-Recruitment References

I am sure you can record employee references in e-Recruitment. I would also like to automate the request for references i.e. send of letters to refererees.

Is both of the options available?

Hello Will,

Employee referrel option can be tracked as a standard application source. As an external candidate when an individual applies against a job posting, will be able to select an application source (Something like Advertisement, External Agencies etc..one of which will be Employee referral. These options are configurable in R/3.) The candidate would also have an option to enter the name of the referee from whom he got to know of the vacancy.

When a recruiter creates an application (from the recruiter start page), he/she would be able to search & select for an employee name.

For sending off communication letters to employees, you may add the concerned member to the support team against the requisition and create an activity with an customized correspondence ( A custom smart form) from the recruiter start page.

Hi,

Can you please share the elaborate process and config procedure whereby Employee Referral functionality is provided via ESS.For this particular implementation we also have SAP E-Recruitment being implemented.Issue is to provide Internal employees a provision to refer candidates.Here also there are two cases.One in which internal employee has candidates resume and other is when internal employee doesnt have the candidates resume.In first case internal employee is needed to fill all the candidates data while in other case a link "Tell a friend" needs to be clicked by internal employee thereby to intimate the candidate to complete the registration process.

Please share the process and configuration for the same in SAP ECC 6.0
