E-Recruitment Installation on Oracle 12

Dear Expert,

I am in middle of E-Recruitment Standalone Implementation planning phase.

We are planning to install NW7.4 on top of it E-Rec 617 AddOn AOI installation to have a standalone E-Rec system.

We have existing system HR System - ECC 6.0 EHP7 which is running on HPUnix / Oracle 11.2.0.4.

Can i install E-Rec system that is, NW7.4 ABAP with E-REC 617 AddOn in Oracle 12C, does this make any issue while integrating ECC HR system (Orace DB 11.2.0.4) with E-REC (Oracle 12C).

I would like to understand that, do we have any issue if DB versions of ECC HR system and E-Rec (Standalone) are different Oracle DB version.

Since i am unable to find such info standard document, i can only see compatible OS / DB version.
