Hi  /

Please find attachment where i have configured the form. please also let me know where else I need to configure.

Issue: In External candidate login link  when user is clicking on "Password forgotten " link , it takes user to another page

where user has to fill his userid and email id and click on " Request password " button and it sends mail to user email id.

the email in SOST dooesnt contain new password for User.

Please let me know what could be the issue.

can you show us an example of the email in sost? is it an overview with technical data (ID and so on?)

If yes, than your smartforms is missing an input parameter and cannot be generated. If a smartform error occurs that automatically the technical overview mail is sent as an error report
