Hi all,
Recently we have applied enhancement package 4 for e-recruiting system and we are facing below issue when we are clicking few applications under recruiter and E-recruiting administrator.
The error message we are getting when we access the path below
Recruiter->requisitions->create is *'You are not authorized to execute this application'.
We have identified the webdynpro applications behind it and activated in E-rec system.
To my observation all this applications are called under webdynpro component FPM_OIF_COMPONENT
We tried to de-bug this application but no clue.can you please suggest what authorization we are missing to display it in portal.
Already we have assigned authorization object which has all these webdynpro applications and assigned to the recruiter.
Please help us to proceed further.
Thanks
Martina

Hi Martina,
I have faced this issue so many times, currently working on EHP4 .
first thing : your employee should have Communication infotype 0105 with sub id : 0001 manitained .
There u have to manitain your portal id of recruiter or administrator .
Then Second thing : REPORT RCF_CRATE _USER, you need to run this report, it create candidacy for candidates which is very important .
I think this will sort out ur problem . and pls let me know , if it won't .
Regards,
Pankaj

Hi
Hope SAP Note 1241014 will be useful to you.
When you activate the business function, two new Enterprise Portal roles exist for the administrator (business package: BP ERP RECRUITING ADMIN 1.40) and for the recruiter (business package: BP ERP RECRUITER 1.40). In the standard SAP system, you can use only the Enterprise portal to access the SAP E-Recruiting applications for these two roles. All applications for these roles are based on Web Dynpro ABAP.
PFCG roles:
New authorization roles are provided for the recruiter, administrator and the data entry clerk. These contain all of the authorizations that the user requires to call the new Web Dynpro applications (see transaction PFCG).
The following roles are delivers in the standard SAP system:
SAP_RCF_DATA_TYPIST_ERC_CI_2: Data entry clerk
SAP_RCF_REC_ADMIN_ERC_CI_2: Administrator
SAP_RCF_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2: Recruiter
SAP_RCF_RES_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2: Restricted recruiter
In addition, a new authorization object is provided: P_RCF_WDUI
This authorization object (P_RCF_WDUI) contains all Web Dynpro applications that the user is authorized to execute in SAP E-Recruiting.
Note the following : The authorization objects that were valid up to Enhancement Package 3 (P_RCF_APPL (logical applications based on BSP) and P_RCF_WL (Accessing worklists)) are obsolete for the roles mentioned above after you activate the new business function HCM, SAP E-Recruiting Enhancement Package 2. For the candidate roles for which the BSP applications continue to be supported, the authorization object P_RCF_APPL is still relevant.
Best Regards

Hi Roman,
As SU53 transaction is used to check if an authorization fails for particular t-code we are not able to check the same for the user as we are testing the application from portal.
We are facing this issue only for few webdynpro applications like requisition management, create position applications.
Please suggest how to proceed further.
Thanks
Martina
