Dear experts,
We are having separate E-recruitment system(release 617 with SP level 5) with ECC 6.0 (EHP level 7).
ECC and E-rec system is synchronized with change pointer ECC system. Any master data change in ECC is updated in E-rec system with the change pointer and filter group is set to transfer data as below:
IT 1000 Object type C O Q QK S,
IT 1001 Relationships of C O P Q S QK with C O P Q QK S objects
IT 1002, 1025, 1033, 1044, 1048 for object Q and QK
IT 0000,0001,0006,0002,0022,0023,0024, 0185 and 0105
We use PA48 to hire external candidate.
Issue: Existing relationship between CP-BP gets deleted from HRP1001 when data is transferred via change pointer.
Please note that this CP is not new CP newly hired, it is old CP where CP-BP gets deleted.
We have not included CP-P relationship(209) in filter group. Let me know if it is required to be added to filter group.
CP number in E-rec system is same as P
It is also observed that BUT000 table does not store personnel number(CP in this case) of business partner in some cases.
What can be possible reason for deletion of CP-BP releationship from HRP1001?
Your valuable input is much awaited.

Hi,
simple answer. Yes in the ALE distribution model the P-CP relation has to be transferred.
But there migth be additional issues with your filter Settings:
- IT0006 should be restricted to subtype 1
- IT0105 should be restricted to subtypes 0001 and 0010 if no customer enhancements are in place
- eRec can't use Ist 0022 and 0023 if no customer enhancements are in place
- if you use the PD qualification catalog there are no IT 0024 records so why include it in ALE?
Kind regards
Roman
