e-Recruitment- Assigning reasons for Selection activities

HI

In the selection activities, the reasons drilldown option is displaying but the values are empty for the following activities. The Status reasons are available under the basic settings. Can you assist me on how to make the following activities display the reasons? Thank you.

•Offer accepted to hired

•Medical check

•Rejection in the selection process

•Candidate rejects offer

Hi Robin,

As per my understanding, you can create reasons for activities in the category - 'Status changing' activities or confirmation Activities under Applicant tracking.

SPRO ->SAP E-Recruiting->Recruitment->Applicant Tracking->Activities->Assign a Status to Status-Changing Activity Types

For confirmation activities, you can assign the reason for the status:

SPRO ->SAP E-Recruiting->Recruitment->Applicant Tracking->Activities->Set Up Confirmation Activities.

Please check if your activities belong to the category - 'Status change' or 'Confirmation'.

If that is the case, you can assign a reason to it.

Hi Arpita,

Thank you for your response. I have assigned a rejection reason to status 3 (Rejected). However, the newly added reason is not getting displayed while performing the rejection activity. System is displaying the standard entries, but the customised entries are not getting displayed.
